Why use a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) authorizes certain individuals to represent or advise Clients on Immigration matters for a fee.  As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), Brian Aboud and Total Visa Canada are authorized to act on your behalf in dealings with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC (including Service Canada)).

Every year Canada welcomes thousands of new temporary and permanent residents from all around the world.  To handle this heavy inflow, the Canadian Government often updates its immigration policies several times per year to ensure that the immigration system is working effectively.  This tends to create a lot of uncertainty and misunderstanding about Canada's current immigration policy. A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) can ensure proper navigation of today's Canadian immigration landscape.  We are dedicated to being up-to-date on the most recent changes to Canadian Immigration Law.
