LMIA​ and Recruitment​​​ Service:

We ​place all the ​job ​ads for you according to you​r needs​ and ​in compliance with Service Canada ​requirements.

We complete the LMIA application package ​​​including the Transition Plan ​and submit to Service Canada on your behalf. ​We work collaboratively to ensure that the transition plan is achievable, and is in compliance with Service Canada requirements.

We​ recruit for you and place ads in any country or countries you like. We screen all candidates, shortlist and interview them, thoroughly check references, and qualify their skill base according to your requirements. We also ensure, to the best of our ability, that the candidates have no criminal charges, dui's, deportation issues, visa refusals etc.

Our Services
Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA - formerly LMO)
In order to hire a temporary foreign worker, a positive LMIA must be issued by Service Canada. Employers must prove that they were unable to find a suitable Canadians and/or permanent resident to fill the position. We will complete the LMIA application package for you. Foreign Worker Recruitment
​We recruit primarily from the UK, Ireland and Ukraine (as we've had tremendous success with workers from these countries). However, we will recruit from any country or countries you choose. We try to focus on the visa exempt countries, to avoid any delays in obtaining a work permit.
Provincial Trade Assessment
If the advertised job requires Canadian licensing, we will advise the foreign ​worker on the provincial trade assessment requirements and help them complete the online application, in preparation to write the Canadian licensing exam once they're working in Canada.
